I read that you could put two kids in a baby swing at the same time, so my friend and I decided to try it, as we both have two year olds and she has a daughter two weeks younger than Evie. With only four swings that means they all have to be empty for all the girls to swing..unless we share. So we've been putting the younger two together, and they seem to enjoy it :-)
