Finding Nemo......

Since when have they named winter storms? For those of you who don't follow Connecticut weather, we're getting a nice snow storm here currently. We've gotten several inches of snow so far and we're supposed to get 10-12 inches tonight. Although I'm not sure when "tonight" starts. :-) I just got back from some shovel therapy. I shoveled our entire driveway, with 2-6 inches of snow on it (it's windy, the snow had drifted in spots). For those of you who don't know how long our driveway is, it's probably about 150 feet and has a huge square at the top, think three cars wide and two and a half cars deep. It took about an hour to shovel. But enough about shoveling snow, on to more exciting topics. We took the kids out to play earlier in the day, twice actually. The boys were having trouble with their boats and the unevenness of our yard and kept falling in the snow and having a hard time getting back up. Little Boy Blue did not like this one bit, but Green Machine enjoyed it very much and didn't want to come in. It was hard to balance how long to stay out with one enjoying it and the other not so much. They both wanted to follow the big girls through the woods, which is even more difficult to traverse than the grass part of the yard.
