Just Four - day 1

Nathan and Hannah left today for Texas. My sweet Evie is missing her sister and her Daddy, but really her sister. She is so sweet, she's been praying for Hannah and her trip and that she would have fun. She's super sad to not have Hannah around, as I was putting her to bed she was almost in tears. She also cried at one point today because she was missing Hannah and she thought Nathan said she wasn't going to be allowed to have ice cream this weekend when Hannah was. We rectified the ice cream issue :-) She had Mommy time with ice cream and a game of Qwirkle after the boys went to bed. However she just came out of her room crying and said she was too sad to sleep because she missed Hannah. I'm thinking the weekend where Nathan was on the retreat might be easier than a weekend with Nathan and Hannah gone. We'll see!
