I want birth parents!

The Slugs and Bugs Underwear album has a song "I'm Adopted" we've been playing that album and I was talking to the boys about how they're going to be adopted (Lord willing) and Evie made her typical I want to be adopted too comment and I started to explain to her it's actually simpler when you're not adoption and she said almost crying "but I want birth parents!" I explained that Nathan and I are her birth parents and she got a big smile on her face and said "oh, good" she really thought she didn't have birth parents, silly girl.
