Caterpillars!

The kids brought home monarch caterpillars after church one day. They had two eggs, we went to get a plant for the caterpillars to go on and ended up with four caterpillars.

We had them all on one plant for awhile. It was kind of cool...

Here they are strung up in our butterfly net. They all hatched within three days which was pretty cool. I didn't get nearly as many pictures this year and didn't get any of the butterflies :-( But they all made it and did really well. 

The kids (and maybe adults too) have been enjoying looking for eggs and caterpillars on milkweed all summer, but decide to only do four in doors.
