Our House is SOLD!

Yesterday we closed on our house in Connecticut! I'm super excited to finally have that done. Today I called the power company to make sure our electric was cancelled. They told me it had been and that my final bill was $250. This is very high for us when we had six people living there. So my question is, what has been going on at our house? Or maybe someone cranked down the air conditioning? Well, at least there will be no more surprise bills and we don't have to worry about winterizing it. Now the Michigan house hunt can really begin :-)
