Saturday I was preparing for Hannah's birthday party which was yesterday. She requested a gingerbread house decorating party, so I spent last week baking gingerbread. Saturday I tested out some royal icing and put a house together to see how it would work. This happened right around lunch time, which resulted in a lunch that looked something like this:
That's the test house in the center of the table, and those two plates full of gingerbread scraps with icing on them, those were lunch. :-)
Yum! (yes, the boys and Evie got a hair cuts, and I also redid Hannah's hair on all the same day)
Why don't I have that many cookies on my plate mom?
