In the registry

Today I got a call from our social worker. She was checking on the status of our last training course we have to complete. Nathan talked to her this past weekend and finalized what we were willing to accept in a child, so the training is the last thing we have. Nancy wanted to confirm we'd be done with the course by the end of October. She said she was going to put us in the registry before leaving for vacation tomorrow. We started the training today, it was WAY easier than the other courses we had done. It was nice, we're finished with over half of it.  What does being in the registry mean? It means our name can now come up in the search for prospective parents. Exciting and scary. Now the waiting begins to see what God has in store for us!
