Counting

Today while the girls were waiting for Daddy to make deviled eggs I suggested they count to 20 and sing the alphabet. Evie decided to sing first and did an excellent job. Then Hannah started counting, she made it to 20 without a problem and continued on all the way to 100! She got stuck a couple times, but I never had to give her the number, I just had to start from a couple numbers back and she was able to get it from there. In general she did really well on the tens transitions as well. I was impressed. When she got to 99 she she did look a little confused and said "ninety-ten?" but then I started singing a song she knows about counting by tens and her face lite up and she said "100!" :-)
