We have an offer!

We got an email from our realtor Sunday afternoon saying we had an offer on our house. It was a little low, so we countered and they accepted and we signed a binding offer today. Yay! Now we just have to pass the inspections and then closing with be in early September. God is so good in His faithfulness and working out the details of this move!
