I took this picture a last week......

It shows clearly have different my children are. Evie is the neat and orderly one, Hannah not so much.

We went to a birthday party this past weekend that had a messy theme. Here are some pictures from that event. 

Before the mess began, see how thrilled my children look? 

 

Mixing! Jeanie had tons of stuff for the kids to mix together in big bowls. Evie has grape soda and flour in the bowl at this point and is putting in chocolate chips!

Evie wasn't nearly as into the shaving cream as Hannah was, it took Evie quite awhile to get any at all on her, but she did end up with some and her face covered.

 I made sure all the adults had at least some shaving cream on them to join in the fun, and here Niki is doing my hair for me. 

After the shaving cream the girls got hosed off and then put in the bath tub before lunch and cake. They had a blast and are still talking about it!
