Family Time!!!!!

A week and a half ago my family came to town. All my sisters and their significant others and my parents! It was quite a feat. Everyone stay at our house and on Saturday we went to Hartford to meet up with more family from my Dad's side.

 Here's a picture of everyone :-) This was during a failed attempt at making homemade ice cream. Both our machines had issues so we ended up just buying ice cream instead.

 We also did a bonfire and had 'smores! Yum.

 I think everyone enjoyed it......

 Friday we went to the beach....

 It wasn't a very good beach day, so we didn't end up hanging out there that long. At least not that long for us :-)

Forunately Aunt Debbie stopped by with her friend Keji on her way back down to Maryland and we were able to do a beach day take two!

 Keji conveniently "forgot" her swim suit even though Debbie told her to bring it! So all she could do is hang out in the shallow water, here she is watching the girls.

It was great to see everyone and get to know Rachel's fiance Magnus better. We're looking forward to seeing everyone again and Rachel and Magnus' wedding in December!
