birthday party craziness!

Yesterday we went to Ally's birthday party. The girls had a blast and Hannah did really well, she was playing well with the other girls, she was polite during the gift opening, sitting and watching nicely while all the other girls got up in Ally's face, she sang (at least a little, which is WAY more than she's ever done before) when we sang Happy Birthday to Ally and she said thank you and happy birthday on the way out! This is very exciting, as we had been having major problems with inappropriate behavior at parties this year.
There was lots of fun at the party, from decorating hats, eating cake and playing outside to dry ice experiment! Since Hannah waited patiently and wasn't pushing and trying to touch things and listened she got to wear gloves and catch a dry ice bubble, which lasted a little longer when you had gloves on if you didn't clap your hands together and try to pop it immediately :-)
