Hiking in the Fall

We had an amazingly warm beginning to our Fall here. Now it has cooled down (we even saw ice in the river today!), but when my parents came to visit and Debbie came to visit the weather was amazing. Here are some pictures from a hike we took with Debbie.

Hannah caught this snake while hiking! We didn't let her keep it, but she did enjoying holding it and was disappointed that we couldn't find everyone else who had gone on ahead. But they got to see the pictures. 

Hannah shared the love and gave it to Nathan to carry while we were looking for Debbie and the other kids.

I was trying to get a group picture of the kids, but Hannah wasn't really into it.....here I wanted them all to jump.....someone got the message ;-)

As you might be able to tell from the fact that Evie was in shorts it was a beautiful day! The leaves were great colors and the company was wonderful!
